How
it Works/Ingredients
In the Sun Spritz booth, you are going to be
misted by 9 nozzles. The mist will completely cover your body
creating a natural reaction with the top layers of skin producing
a natural looking tan. The misting solution contains DHA, bronzers,
nourishing moisturizers, and Vitamins A, E and C.
Preparation
Prepare your skin for treatment by exfoliating
and moisturizing the night before. If this is not possible, it
is recommended that you have been recently exfoliated. Moisturizing
on the day of your session will dilute your tan. Any shaving or
waxing should be done 24 hours prior to the session to reduce
and skin irritation. Only wear comfortable clothes because the
solution may mark tight fitting garments. Wear dark or older underwear
as the lotion will stain light nylon or silk. Always tint eyebrows
or eyelashes at least one full day before your appointment to
avoid possible discoloration by the lotion.
When you leave
Please leave your tan on for at least 6 hours
and preferably overnight before showering or bathing. This gives
your tan a chance to fully develop. Avoid sitting on light colored
furniture until you have showered as the lotion can cause discoloration.
Sweating can inhibit the development of your tan, so avoid strenuous
exercise. When showering, you may see a brown color in the waste,
this is only the surplus lotion being revealed.
Aftercare
- You should moisturize regularly to help maintain the tan.
- Avoid long hot baths and showers as they speed up exfoliation.
- Pat your skin dry after a bath or shower as rubbing your
skin may rub off your tan.
- Avoid swimming pools as chlorine will bleach your tan.
- Exercise carefully to reduce sweating as this will cause
your tan to fade unevenly.
Building color/Maintenance
We recommend that when you first begin using
the Sun Spritz that you space your sessions 24-36 hours apart
until you reach the color you desire. After that you will only
need to visit the salon every 5-7 days with no sun and by following
our aftercare procedures.
